By installing or using RichPresence+, you agree to these terms. It is beta software, provided as is.
The service
RichPresence+ captures your game window and shows a live preview on your Discord profile, through a desktop app or a Minecraft mod. What exactly is captured and sent is described in the privacy policy.
Acceptable use
- Do not use RichPresence+ to broadcast illegal or hateful content, or content that infringes others' rights.
- An automated filter blocks explicit content; do not try to bypass it.
- Do not overload or attack our servers, or use the service to harm others.
We may suspend access for an account that breaks these rules.
Free and premium
The core features are free. A paid premium option unlocks additional features. Price and payment terms for premium are shown at the time of purchase.
Availability
The service is in beta: it may change, be interrupted, or be unavailable without notice. We make no guarantee of uptime during the beta.
Warranties
RichPresence+ is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from use or unavailability of the service.
Ownership and trademarks
RichPresence+ and its components belong to Dryaides. Discord, Minecraft, Mojang, Microsoft and other names mentioned belong to their respective owners; RichPresence+ is neither affiliated with nor endorsed by them.
Changes
These terms may change; the version in force is the one published on this page, with its date.
